ASEAN multi-media tools for public awareness and promotion
The Public Outreach and Communications division of the 10-nation ASEAN commissioned AFP-Services to produce a package to highlight several of its policy priorities in 2015, in order to promote the ASEAN theme of a “people-centered” community. AFP-Services dispatched journalists to all ten nations a 1,200-image photo bank, and a digital assets management system configured with metadata to assist member states with storage and distribution of media elements.
AFP-Services also provided tailor-made video content and editorial consulting to the ASEAN Secretariat for the organisation’s exclusive use in raising public awareness and visibility within the region and around the world. For this multi-media project, AFP-Services produced a series of delivered a package of four six-minute films, four one-minute public service announcements.
